Weatherwax new Boulder Rotary president-elect

BOULDER – A president-elect and four new directors were elected Friday, Dec., 5, by the Boulder Rotary Club.

Darla Schueth, currently serving as president-elect, will take office as the club's president on July 1, 2009. She is executive director of HospiceCare of Boulder and Broomfield Counties.

Michael Weatherwax, secretary-treasurer of the club since Jan. 1, 1999, was selected as president-elect. He is president of Weatherwax and Associates CPAs.

Elected to the board of directors were Jack Thompson, an artist and retired educator; John Sullivan, an attorney with Sullivan Green Seavy; Frances Draper, executive director of the Boulder Economic Council; and Sue Deans, former editor of the Camera.

All those elected will take office July 1.
