Description:            Kids love tocrank up the music, shake, wiggle and have a blast with their friends. So whynot get fit while they’re at it? This course teaches Zumba’s exciting formulawith the psychology and physiology relevant to kids. In Zumba we teach basicdance steps like Salsa, Merengue, Raggaeton and Hip Hop. These moves aremodified to the appropriate age level to get optimal results and leave the kidswanting more. Lil’ Starz’ class is designed for Kidsages 4-7. Big Starz’ isappropriate for kids ages 8-12.
