Flatirons Terrace Opens
Golden West hosted a grand opening celebration for the $11.9 million, 54-apartment independent living community, Flatirons Terrace at Golden West, on Thursday, April 10. Golden West residents, staff, family, board members, and friends of the long-time senior housing provider celebrated the opening of the newest independent living community in Boulder, located at 930 28th St.

Beautiful. My friends, who are in their 20s, are always commenting about how they want to live here. I have to remind them that it's a senior living community...
