Weight_for_Height

The weight for height competition uses a 56 pound slug of iron with a handle attached. From a standing position, the athlete throws the weight over a bar above his head, then moves forward quickly to avoid getting hit (notice no helmet). The competitor to throws over the highest bar wins. This competition took place at the Highland Scottish Festival in Estes Park, CO on Sept 5 - 7.
