About the artist:

For over 23 years, furniture finisher Sam
Sargent has been practicing his craft of wood and metal finishing in Broomfield, Colorado.
For the last several years Sam has been producing art
furniture and abstract paintings.
His purpose is to explore the shifting boundaries between Craft and Art.
Sam creates these pieces with colored stains, dyes, glazes, lacquers, and automotive paint on medium
density fiberboard, wood and cold rolled steel.
