While Boulder enjoyed crystal blue skies, the Cameron Peak Fire to the northwest of Fort Collins created huge plumes of smoke, drifting across eastern Colorado, which were visible across the entire Metro front range. View from Lake Valley subdivision south of Niwot Road.
