what time of day did you see this eagle? I was at Cotton wood marsh yesterday morning and I did not see this eagle? I was there about 7am to 8:40am. And was this eagle near the car park?

Jan. 10, 10:35 AM. There were two bald eagles, both adults: this one, perched atop a power pole right at the entrance to the parking area, and another flying about nearby.
