There are 3 levels of land on our property. The rental (1st story) is on the middle level.

There are three levels to our land. The top is street level. That is where the private path and entrance are to the upper unit. It is not visible in this picture.

You can see the tenant's large yard on the middle piece of land, it is above the concrete wall.

You can see the tenant's private stairs going from the street level of land down to the middle level.

You can also see all three stories of the house in this photo and the windows in bedroom #1.

On the left is our three car garage. The garage is not included in the rental. Easy access to parking is on the street.
