About Me (optional):: Frank A. DeVincent - has specialized in litigation and complex/high asset family law cases for over 25 years. He is licensed in Colorado, Georgia, and Florida and currently has offices in Boulder, Colorado and Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. DeVincent has been continually named one of the top Super Lawyers from 2004 through 2010 in Super Lawyers Magazine. He is Co-Chair of the Boulder County Bar Association Family Law Section.

Mr. DeVincent received his undergraduate degree in Business from West Virginia University in 1979, his Master’s Degree in Business and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University, Cum Laude in 1980, and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Michigan’s Thomas Cooley Law School in 1984.

He is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is AV rated in Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. DeVincent has published many articles on family law and lectured nationally on family law issues. His family law practice includes matters of legal separation and divorce, mediation and arbitration, pre – and post – nuptial marital agreements, modifications, maintenance, and child custody.
