After a relatively warm start of September these clouds heralded the infusion of colder air which mixed with the realtively warm air. The result was these towering cumulo nimbus clouds which brought rain and cooler temps.

Longs Peak provides the backdrop for one of our warm Fall days with a fisherman using a body raft.
