- I am a single, 45 year old, independent contractor who suffers from something called Generalized Seizure Disorder.
It manifests itself through Grand Mal Seizures several times a year. What that means, is that several times a year someone will find me on the floor, in the middle of a massive life-threatening seizure. I have been so blessed that I live in Boulder, because that means when I wake from the resulting coma, with zero memory of what has happened, and no idea where I am, that I have found myself in the finest hospital in the state. with the finest and kindest, people imaginable taking care of me.
