Roots Yoga, located at Synergy Fitness Studio at 159 McCaslin Blvd. in Louisville, was recently opened by Heather Haskell. The studio offers traditional Ashtanga yoga classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 to 7:15 a.m. Haskell teaches the classes, which are designed for all levels of students, from beginner to advanced.
