Hello, my name is Sam Johnson and I'm a father of 3 lovely kids. I'm based at New Jersey and hobbies include writing and blogging. One of my earlier blogs is on the weight loss and cleanse diet, lemon juice diet which Beyonce Knowles used to lose weight. This diet is also known as the maple syrup diet and has more than 50 years of success health stories. The master cleanse diet was first developed by Master Cleanser, Stanley Burroughs and is one of the diets that work today and is highly recommended.
