Broomfield Academy Parent/Teacher Conferences



September 23, 2010 & September 24, 2010. From 12:00 pm - 3:30pm.




Broomfield Academy Families will have Parent/Teacher Conferences today. Progress Reports and ISLP’s (Individualized Student Learning Plans) will be reviewed. Students have school in the morning and will be dismissed at noon.

“Character Matters” at Broomfield Academy Spring Arts Festival

“Building strong character is one of the main priorities at the school. Academy Raises Money for The American Heart Association

By Dawn Essig The students at Broomfield Academy engaged in Jump Rope for Heart last week. During their PE classes, students jumped rope, shot baskets, hula-hooped and learned about the causes of heart disease in order to raise money for The American Heart Association. This is the second year students have participated in this particular fund-raising event. Mathathon at Academy Raises Over $1,500 for St. Jude Children’s Hospital

By Lilly Hansing, Kindergarten Teacher, Broomfield Academy Students at Broomfield Academy raised $1638 to aid research in diseases that affect children patients battling cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases. Children aged four to twelve participated in Mathathon, a program where students use their mathematics skills to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
