Ballet Nouveau Colorado - Adult Dance & Fitness Free Week- You’ll be hooked!

The School of Ballet Nouveau Colorado is hosting Adult Free Week, March 28- April 2.  Anyone interested in taking free fitness and dance classes can drop in and try a variety of classes all week long.  We have many specialized classes to suit a variety of needs, interests, abilities and ages.

 

What To Wear:

Come wearing comfortable, easy to move in exercise or dance clothing. Ballet slippers are most appropriate for the majority of classes, but if you do not have these, socks will work.
