Bloom at Flatiron Crossing Introduces New Daily $5 Happy Hour Menu

Bloom, of Fox Restaurant Concepts, has introduced a new happy hour menu. Available from 3 to 6 p.m. daily, Bloom’s happy hour menu features a wide variety of appetizers, entrees, wine, cocktails and martinis, available for $5 or less. Located at Flatiron Crossing in Broomfield, this boutique-style eatery serves a seasonally changing menu of classic American favorites, with influences from European and Asian cuisines.

During happy hour, a wide variety of popular appetizers and entrees are available for $5. Appetizers include the famous Bloom Truffle Fries, a Fruit and Cheese Plate, and a Grilled Artichoke with Paris Mustard Aioli, among others. Full size entrees are also offered on the happy hour menu, including a Certified Angus Burger with White Cheddar; Bowtie Pasta with Roasted Chicken, Tomatoes, Spinach and Pine Nuts; and Oven Roasted Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes.

Consistently bestowed with the Award of Excellence by the Wine Spectator, Bloom offers an outstanding wine menu featuring domestic, French, Italian and Spanish boutique wines. Several wines are available on the happy hour menu, at $4 a glass. Also known for its creative martinis and signature cocktails a varied selection of icy concoctions complement the happy hour dishes for only $5. The perfect summer cocktail, the Fresca features Don Eduardo Silver Tequila, Cucumber, Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice, Mint, and Soda Water. An ideal dessert drink, the Cherry Blossom features Effen Black Cherry Vodka; Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, and Cream. For those with a trusty favorite, well drinks are also $4 on the happy hour menu.
