Consumer Tax Advocate Provides Tips on Free Tax Filing Options

TurboTax’s consumer tax advocate, Rich Preece, recently released a new video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k2ihbIMpNVQ) offering tips on free tax filing options to not only help tax procrastinators easily and accurately file their tax return before the deadline but also to ensure they get the biggest possible refund on their taxes.

With April 15th just a few weeks away, it’s time for all those tax procrastinators to start gathering together their tax documents.  But just because you have waited until the last minute to file doesn’t mean that you have to leave money on the table. Even 11th hour filers can take advantage of TurboTax’s Federal Free Edition where they can prepare, print and efile their simple federal tax return.

Learn what you need to know about doing your taxes yourself with tax preparation software, what free tax preparation options are available to taxpayers, and how to make the most of your tax return once you get it.
