Frasier Meadows Retirement Community Names New President & CEO

Boulder, Colo. – Frasier Meadows Retirement Community, the only CARF-CCAC accredited continuing-care facility in Boulder County, is proud to announce the appointment of Timothy Johnson as its new President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Johnson brings over twenty-five years of experience to Frasier, developing and managing nationally-recognized retirement communities and programs for the aging, with a focus on faith-based nonprofit organizations. Prior to assuming his new role, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sears Methodist Retirement System, which owns and operates facilities for the aging throughout Texas, including four continuing-care retirement communities. In addition, Mr. Johnson has held executive leadership positions with nonprofit, faith-based retirement facilities in Illinois.
Mr. Johnson is a Past President of both the Presbyterian Association of Homes and Services for the Aging and the Life Services Network of Illinois. He has also served the American Association of Homes and Service for the Aging as a member of the House of Delegates, the CCRC Committee, the Membership Committee, the Governance Task Force and the Nominating Committee and as Chairman of the Professional Development Foundation. Mr. Johnson earned a Master of Science degree with a concentration in Studies in Aging from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts degree from North Park University.
Frasier Meadows is a not-for-profit, faith-based continuing-care facility for active senior citizens. We serve over 400 residents, 70% of which come from the Boulder County area, and provide services such as an award-winning wellness center, Adult Day Care and a daycare center which are available for use by the Boulder community.
