Wild Plum Center recently received word that it will receive over $950,000 in federal stimulus funding to support expansion of its services to include 0-3 year-olds, as well as, pregnant women. Tykes & Tea -- A Community Open House Hosted by Longmont Children's Council

Longmont Children’s Council announced today that it will host a tea-time community open house, April 23, 2009, to honor Mayor Roger Lange and his commitment to early childhood education. In addition to being presented with the Plumtastic Award for Excellence in Supporting Early Childhood Education, Mayor Lange will read the next installment of the Mayor’s Book Club reading series.
