Night passes over the iconic Flatirons of Boulder, Colorado. Footage captured between December 2011 and May 2012. Planets and constellations dance above the peaks of the Great Divide in a continuous cycle of motion.

My night photos may be coming to an end if Boulder decides that our natural beauty can only be enjoyed in the daytime.  I completely understand the problems presented by disturbing wildlife, but losing the dark skies and bright stars you find just steps in to Boulder's back yard makes me very sad.
