Description: Join Bridget for a special Boulder Arts Week movement class!
Through guided improvisation and playful movement games, you'll deepen somatic awareness to explore beyond habitual movement patterns. This class is a space to connect with your body's creativity and wisdom. There will be no choreography, so all movement abilities and experience levels are welcome.
