Acroyoga Fundamentals

April 2 — April 23
Description: Join Lori and Sunshine for a 4-Week acroyoga fundamentals series . We will build from the ground up; starting with L basing positions, learning some flows and standing postures and counterbalances . Having a regular partner to practice with is ideal although not essential. You will often work in a group of 3-4 to learn how to base, fly and spot safely. Overall, we learn to build trust, practice good communication skills and have fun with an uplifting community!
This is a four week series, you are buying access to all 4 Acroyoga Fundamentals classes.
