Alignment Refinement

Saturday, January 27 — 2:30pm-3:45pm
Description: During class it can be hard to workshop a pose so we are offering the opportunity to come in with a posture you have questions about and be able to workshop it, whether it's a simple down dog or a more advanced posture like handstand. There will be two teachers in the room to show correct alignment and point things out on a body everyone can see and so the group can split up and work on different poses.
This class we will be discussing Downward Facing Dog, Warrior 1,2 + 3 and reverse warrior.
