Alignment Refinement

Saturday, March 30 — 5:30pm-6:45pm
Description: During class it can be hard to workshop a pose so we are offering the opportunity to come in with a posture you have questions about and be able to workshop it, whether it's a simple down dog or a more advanced posture like handstand. There will be two teachers in the room to show correct alignment and point things out on a body everyone can see and so the group can split up and work on different poses.
This class we will be discussing Triangle, Pyramid and their revolved variations.
