Description: Join AJ for this heart-centered, nervous-system nurturing breathwork workshop and get back into your body with ease.

We'll start with a guided meditation for centering & grounding, then we will breathe together with great music and AJ's soulful guidance. This breathwork technique is simple, but the results are profound.

Time: 90 min
Things to bring: eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes. Optional: essential oils, crystals, journal.
