Full Moon Hike + Yoga

at Chautauqua
Description: Join Lori for a Hike + Yoga Class at the Chautauqua! We will meet at the main trail head and hike for about 45 minutes before going to the grassy area of the park for a 45 minute yoga class.
This hike is moderate. It contains some incline but the trail is fairly level with few rocky areas to navigate. You can leave your mat in your car while we hike and grab it on our way to our yoga spot. Please bring your own mat and water.
