Join us for a deeply restorative Full Moon experience of gentle Yin Yoga and sound healing. Long, supported postures invite the body and nervous system into rest, while crystal singing bowls, rain sticks, and chimes create a calming, immersive soundscape.
Guided by the energy of the full moon, this practice offers space to release, reset, and realign. No prior experience needed — come as you are and allow stillness, sound, and breath to guide you inward.
