Event Description

We will cover the technique of fundamental kettlebell movements as well as the basics of resistance training. In the training you will learn how to cue proper movement and adjust exercises for individual capabilities.
The Workshop (Open to Everyone)
  • Commitment: Four 1-Hour Sessions over the course of 2 weeks 
  • During this 4 class workshop you will learn a number of kettlebell movements, how to do them safely and how to modify for injury and ability.  You will walk away feeling confident entering any kettlebell class.
  • Requirements: None
The Training (For Personal Trainers + Yoga Teachers)
  • Commitment: Four 2-Hour Sessions over the course of 2 weeks
  • During this 4 class training you will learn a number of kettlebell movements, how to do them safely and how to modify for injury and ability.  You will also learn how to sequence a class, instruct others through kettlebell movements, the benefits and essential safety considerations.
  • Requirements: You must have your personal training certificate or your 200-hour yoga teacher training to complete this course.
