Tuesdays + Thursdays 4:00-4:45pm
 
Ages 5-9
During this program you can expect tons of focus on movement, breath, mindfulness and of course fun! Each week will have a different theme with mindfulness and yoga based activities- think mindful coloring, breath practices, yoga musical "mats", pose challenges, affirmation & gratitude practices, yoga "routines" to music and more! Please send your child in comfortable clothes and a water bottle! 
 
Price:
1 x Per Week (Tuesday or Thursday) - $276
2 x Per Week (Tuesday and Thursday) - $408
4 Class Pack - $104 (expires after 6 months)
8 Class Pack - $200 (expires after 6 months)
