Join us for a deeply calming New Moon experience of Restorative Yoga and gong sound healing. Fully supported postures allow the body to rest effortlessly, while the rich, resonant tones of the gongs, along with rain sticks and chimes, create an immersive and grounding soundscape.
Aligned with the quiet energy of the New Moon, this practice invites deep rest, reflection, and intention setting. No prior experience is needed — come as you are and allow stillness, sound, and breath to support restoration and new beginnings.
