Description: Restorative Yoga with a little extra self love!
Join Shannon, Aspen and Russell for a special Restorative Yoga Class accompanied by hand, food and scalp massages. Massage will be offered in all postures but, as always, you will have the option to opt in or out with our Hands On Adjustment Chips.

About Aspen + Russell:
Aspen Perlick and Russell Sullivan are the therapists of Perlick Mind-Bodywork located here in Boulder near Wonderland Lake, just 10 minutes north of us at Yoga Pearl!
Aspen and Russell have, each their own, extensive background in the mind-body connection and mind-sciences which integrate any massage session. Their practice serves in the treatment and holistic mind-body-spirit support for clients in the relief of chronic conditions and emotional fatigue.
Sessions may include therapeutic methods such as Massage Therapy, Somatic talk & bodywork, Neural Circuit Retraining Therapy, energy techniques such as Orthobionomy, and post psychedelic integration.
