Description: Join us and Taochemy for a yin yoga and acupuncture event designed to reset and reboot your nervous system. Release physical tension with a 30 minute yin practice followed by a nervous system reset with Taochemy acupuncture.

Sharing acupuncture with others greatly increases the healing benefits through shared conversation, relaxation, detoxification, and embodiment. This session offers an in-depth and personalized healing experience. Taochemy’s group acupuncture approach to healing enhances the stress relieving and detoxifying benefits of a private Taochemy session.
