Join us for this special SlowFlow + Sound Healing for Boulder Arts Week! Featuring contemplative artist (and painter) Ashley Young and potter/owner of Mosswood Pottery, Kelley Hestmark.

SlowFlow is a mellow vinyasa practice that connects movement to breath in a sequence of yoga poses. Expect this class to include both moments of challenging flow and longer more restorative postures. This class was designed to take care of the body for increased functionality and joy! The goal of this practice is to potentiate personal and communal well-being. Every class is designed to be accessible for all levels.

This class will be accompanied by singing bowls and finish off with a sound healing savasana.
