City of Boulder releases winter edition of Inside Boulder; offers exclusive recreation coupon

The city of Boulder will release the winter edition of Inside Boulder, the city’s community newsletter, to Boulder residents this weekend. The issue will be inserted into the Boulder Camera on Sunday, Dec. 7, and mailed as a portion of the RedPlum mailer to residents who do not subscribe to the Camera on Wednesday, Dec. 10.

The newsletter will include important information from the City Council and city manager about taxpayer dollars at work; important police and fire safety tips; what to expect with the upcoming curbside composting program; how to participate in Smart Grid; how to prepare for winter weather/snow removal; and much more.

As a bonus to this issue, residents will find an exclusive coupon offer to the city’s recreation centers.

The purpose of Inside Boulder is to provide Boulder residents with an overview of city news, information and events, and to encourage residents to get more involved with their local government. The newsletter is published by the city on a quarterly basis and contains only city news; however, feedback and suggestions are welcome from the public at insideboulder@bouldercolorado.gov.

Residents who would like to subscribe to the newsletter’s listserv should visit www.bouldercolorado.gov, click on “e-mail lists” and subscribe to the “insideboulder-newsletter” mailing list. Copies also will be available at city service centers and online at www.bouldercolorado.gov/insideboulder.

The newsletter is printed on 30 percent recycled paper.
