On Monday, March 27, John Lopez, CEO of Intercambio, received a donation of $1000 from St. Vrain Valley Storytellers represented by Jeff Mayer, President of SVVS, and Laura Meyers, Vice President of SVVS. Intercambio generously provides St. Vrain Valley Storytellers with a place to meet, and SVVS has agreed to provide storytelling for Intercambio’s students and teachers. Both organizations hope to find additional ways to support each other’s mission in the future, St. Vrain Valley Storytellers mission to connect seniors with the students of the St. Vrain district through the magic of storytelling, and Intercambio’s mission to bring English learners and community volunteers together in language classes and gatherings to build skills, confidence, and life-changing connections.
