Come enjoy the band in a program of music selections that will ebb and flow with the theme of water. Each Spring the Denver Concert Band invites local high school band students to compete for our annual Young Artist Award. The selected winner receives a scholarship, and will perform a solo piece with the band. Many past recipients have gone on to successful careers in music, playing in elite orchestras throughout the country, including our own Colorado Symphony.See More

The Denver Concert Band continues their 55th season with a musical tour through Europe, performing selections with themes and composers from England, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, and Greece.Guest artist Tristan Rennie will join the band onstage for a feature performance on the bassoon. The Denver Concert Band kicks off their 55th concert season with an inspiring performance of epic selections, featuring guests from the Navy Band Southwest. Lieutenant Commander Bruce Mansfield will conduct a few pieces with the combined band. The concert will include flute soloist Theresa Perrin performing Cecile Chaminade’s Concertino for Flute, and the Navy Band’s Woodwind Quintet is certain to dazzle the show!See More

It's all about the suites at the Denver Concert Band's annual guest concert! Featuring pieces from collections such as "Folk Suite" by William Grant Still and "Armenian Dances" by Alfred Reed, this concert will present the best of classical suites.
