The Flatirons Rotary Club of Boulder recently awarded a $1,000 grant to Bright Beginnings of Boulder. Bright Beginnings provides a free packet of materials (available in both English and Spanish) to any interested Colorado family with a child, prenatal to age three…without regard to income, age or any other eligibility criteria.
