Description: The shoulders are the most mobile joints in the body, but that means they are also very easy to injure. Getting a shoulder massage feels amazing because we carry our stress there. Did you know that there are direct correlations between thoracic spine immobility and shoulder conditions?

In this workshop, by using various angles of approach we will stimulate the shoulder joints to create more mobility and tone throughout the whole shoulder girdle, upper back, neck, and arms. This workshop will combine Yin Yoga and the Kaiut Method to unlock the shoulders and upper back. This work will both challenge and soothe, reminding us all that there is strength in vulnerability.
