Description: Explore the game changing incorporation of bolsters into your yoga practice. Often overlooked, props can serve as a hidden "superpower" for yoga practitioners of all levels, helping to experience deeper, more comfortable, and more accessible expressions of asanas. This workshop will encourage students to let go of any hesitance around props and discover how bolsters can enhance alignment, stability, and depth in their practice.

- Feel the Difference: We'll flow through sequences twice—first without props and then with. This dual approach will help showcase how blocks shift the experience of each pose in the body, offering a new perspective on alignment and sensation.
