Daughters of the American Revolution Award Boulder High Senior, Erica Wiener, First in State for Christopher Columbus Essay

The Christopher Columbus Essay Contest is a controversial contest.  Boulder High Senior, Erica Wiener, convinces judges she could tackle the question/theme of the contest "Christopher Columbus: In his own time, in history, and today" to win first in state for 12th grade. Erica will now compete with other seniors from around the country for the National DAR Christopher Columbus Essay Contest.
