Event Description
Join Radha Crawley, Certified Ayurvedic Educator, in this experiential workshop to learn about how to align with nature to support your vitality this winter season. We will discuss the guiding elements of the season and how to use Ayurvedic self care rituals to bring softness, warmth and soothing energy to your body, mind and spirit. Class will consist of a discussion, warm Ayurvedic tea and snack and a short relaxation practice using a warm oil treatment.
