Join us for a deeply soothing Full Moon experience of Restorative Yoga and singing bowls sound healing. Fully supported postures invite complete rest, while the powerful, resonant tones of the singing bowls, along with rain sticks and chimes, create a rich, immersive soundscape.
The Full Moon offers a time to release, reset, and restore balance. No prior experience is needed — come as you are and allow stillness, sound, and breath to guide you into deep relaxation and renewal.
