Description: Breathwork will help you feel supported and clear when you are ready to incite positive change in your life that really matters. It helps to clear your path so you gain access to more clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of yourself.

Join AJ for this simple, yet effective practice. We'll start with a guided meditation for centering & grounding, then we will breathe together with great music and AJ's soulful guidance.

Time: 90 min
Things to bring: eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes. Optional: essential oils, crystals, journal.
