Saturday Taiko Meditation

Join Boulder Taiko HIBIKI Saturday Taiko Meditations. Our Saturday Taiko Meditations are free and open to the public. Whether you are new to meditation, a lifelong student of mindfulness, or simply curious about the healing powers of Taiko, you are welcome to join us for an hour of mindful practices. Through sitting, walking, and drumming, we will focus our attention on mindful breathing and movement, contemplate the nature of the way-seeking mind, and explore how mindfulness meditation can be effective for managing stress, facilitating relaxation, and promoting optimal health and emotional well-being. Sixty minute meditation is followed by a peaceful celebration of community in the Taiko family tradition. Julia Misawa will answer any questions you may have regarding the practice of Taiko.
