Summer Solstice Hike + Yoga

Thursday, June 20 — 6:00pm-7:30pm
at The Peoples’ Crossing
Description: Join Kira for a Hike + Yoga Class at the Peoples’ Crossing on the longest day of the year! We will meet at the main trail head and hike for about 15 minutes before setting up our mats for a 45 minute class and then hike back down to the parking lot.
This hike is easy to moderate and is accessible to those coming from sea level who are not used to the altitude. It contains some incline but the trail is fairly level with few rocky areas to navigate. You will need to hike with your mat. Please bring your own mat and water.
