My wife pointed out an interesting article to me from the Cosmopolitan magazine. Since we address this topic in our Women's Self Defense classes and teach much of the same info, I wanted to share some of the article with you.

Fairview High School Fine Arts Department Vies for $50,000 Prize

The Fairview High School Fine Arts Department has entered a national competition sponsored by the wildly popular television show “Glee” that could result in a $50,000 prize and an amazing upgrade for the school’s aging auditorium.
