Description: Join Alia Sebben and Indigo Ashley for this special Yin Yoga and Sound Healing class. Start off with a 50 minute Yin class accompanied by crystal singing bowls that will help you melt into each pose.

IndigoAshley offers an atmospheric, musical sound journey intentionally infusing tones to ground energies to the Earth, open the heart, and transport the imagination. She brings the mind, body, and spirit into harmonic alignment with a 25-minute soothing melodic experience of crystal singing bowls, chimes, rainsticks, native flute, piano, forest soundscapes, and light language.

Bolsters + blankets limited, please bring your own if you have them.
