Front Range Real Estate Market: Fall Sales Not Falling

Normally, the market slows in the fall as the leaves and the temperatures drop. This fall, however, the market has been unusually active, defying the standard seasonal pattern. Sales volumes are actually remaining steady, if not increasing.

Hypothetical Theatre presents Meghan Cary's On the Way to the Waterfall

She was supposed to be a biomedical engineer, and by some twisted tragedy, Meghan became a singer/songwriter. How did this happen? She only knew a G chord on the guitar, yet the music and lyrics came in between the space of the sorrow she was experiencing.  She wasn't a musician.  Was she?

On the Way to the Waterfall is Meghan Cary's personal story.  She is a Billboard Magazine Newcomer pick and her debut album made it in the top 10 along with John Hiatt's that…

Unique local business/local artist collaboration

My name is Bill Keys.  I have written well over two thousand poems for people on the Pearl Street Mall.  I sit with a 1917 typewriter and a sign that reads, “Poems about anyone or anything”.  Passersby tell me what they would like a poem about, and I take five minutes to compose one.  I take a picture of the poem and then take a picture of the person holding the poem.  I have over four thousand such photos.

I have the very unique story of being…

Scholarship Opportunity for Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators

Children's book writing and illustrating seems to be an exclusive field where artists struggle to finds ways they can emerge as relevant. Back in Boulder

Happy to say I am living back in Boulder (Gunbarrel) again after living in Estes Park for almost 15 years.  I first came to Boulder in 1961 to attend CU and now am teaching online courses for Continuing Education at CU.  While living in Estes I was evacuated for a fire last summer and then was inundated with smoke from the Fern Lake fire most of the fall.  Too much stress and too much to lose, so I moved.  Have been enjoying Twin Lakes trails, Walden Ponds/Sawmill Ponds, and Niwot trails. …
